My time at piping rock/nature's truth

Background

Nature's Truth is a US based premium natural health business who create trusted, high-quality vitamins and supplements that fit seamlessly into your healthy lifestyle.   My role was to realise their ambition to launch a digital UK brand proposition to rival competitors with a compelling strategy with a point of difference.  The parent company of Nature's Truth is Piping Rock.

Overview of main achievements

  • Successfully launched the UK division of the US premium brand digitally.
  • Grew the business to a TO from £0 to 6 figures in 5 months delivering positive ROAS. 
  • Created and delivered the support digital and content marketing strategy delivering to budget and forecasts.
  • Successful digital launch of premium vitamin range with separate supporting activation plan  (realising up to 8% of sales in 3 months).
  • Managed the product UK/US switch including compliance and labelling.
  • Managed third party agencies to deliver a successful digital activation plan within budget.
  • Project management integrating the UK brand into wider business both UK and US side.

primary responsibilities

  • Launched and developed the UK e-commerce brand of the US parent Vitamin and Supplement company Nature's Truth.
  • Project managed the launch of the brand in the UK defining brand identity, website with full digital support content and activation plan using third party web provider (THG) to scale quickly.
  • Moved the US product range to UK labelling and manufacture including all relevant compliance and labelling.
  • Managed the EU labelling design and compliance requirements (peel & reveal) for launch across EU.
  • Managed third party agencies and in-house design, content and digital team.
  • Crafted data-led campaigns using market understanding and consumer analysis.
  •  Leveraged market and competitor data to identify market opportunities and gaps.
  • Key player in increasing Company profit, share price and margin by raising brand awareness and ultimately sales, whilst maintaining strict budget control.
