In November 2023 Equilibrium Labs launched their first Liver Clinic in Harley Street  helping give everyone fast access to rare diagnostic technologies to help address the growing problem of fatty liver.    

Using FibroScan® technology this unique offering gives people the power to diagnose, strengthen, heal and restore their liver by making informed choices to suit their lifestyle.

• Build of website for new liver clinic proposition including wireframes and copy writing.
• Partner on-boarding process developed and tested (10-step plan) to ensure all relevant criteria is met.
• Science and data positioning to help with future investment funding.
• Contact for third party partners on-boarding with the 10-step process from contract to completion ensuring all touch points are met within the required timeframe.
• Compliance and accreditation defined and integrated.
• Integration and management of external systems.
• Day to day management of backend website and partner relations.
• Copywriting and send management for supporting mailshots and blogs.

• Digital channel strategy and management, social media, email marketing, project management, partner on-boarding, campaign planning , website build (wireframes and copy), strategic planning, budgeting, internal and external communications, copy-writing, agency management, team development.
